nearly doubling its former space at 1515
Market Street.
Managing Partner, John A. Greenhall, said,
“We are all very excited about moving
yet staying in Philadelphia. The city is
beautiful, energetic and a great place to
have our main office. In addition, the present
construction boom puts us at the heart of
the City’s vibrant construction activity.
“While we are known throughout the
mid-Atlantic region for our construction
law services, the firm represents clients
nationally as well as regionally. Over the
past ten years, our firm has quadrupled
in size, and we plan to continue expanding.
Our state of the art office facilities at
United Plaza will accommodate our plans
for the future,” Mr. Greenhall also
said.

law and provides a full range of construction
law services. In addition, the firm’s

yet remain contiguous on one floor. In addition
to room for 40 plus lawyers, there is an
expanded Copy Center and a Conference Center,
which includes seven conference rooms.
The 19 th floor offers spectacular views
of the city with glass windows that run

a lounge with pool table, club chairs and
other amenities for breaks during long mediations
or use for employee camaraderie. In one
area, the firm will have an “art gallery”
of its employees’ children’s
artwork, all uniformly framed and titled.
The kitchen contains bistro style seating.
