Theresa, a licensed Pennsylvania real estate salesperson, joined NAI Geis Realty Group, Inc. in January 2006 as a part of the property management team. She manages over 600,000 square feet of multi-tenant class A office buildings, serving as the primary contact for tenants ranging from 1,000 to 60,000 square feet. In addition to handling tenant inquiries, Theresa is responsible for budget preparation, interfacing with building vendors and site visitations. She is a graduate of Gwynedd Mercy College and has over 15 years of tenant management experience.

Anna joined NAI Geis Realty Group, Inc. in April 2008 as a part of the property management team. She will assist in the management of over 600,000 square feet of multi-tenant class A office buildings, serve as a contact for tenants ranging from 1,000 to 60,000 square feet, coordinate maintenance staff and vendors, and assist in additional property management duties. Anna is a graduate of the College of Charleston and has previous management experience.

Curtis joined NAI Geis
Realty Group in August of 1992 and he currently
oversees maintenance of 950,000 square feet of
multi-tenant commercial office space. He is personally
responsible for HVAC preventive maintenance and
emergency response, as well as the construction
of new tenant fit-outs. Curtis was employed by
The Fox Companies from October 1984 to the point
at which he joined NAI Geis Realty. While employed
at The Fox Companies, he was overseeing maintenance
of 2,000,000 square feet of multi-tenant commercial
space. He also selected and negotiated contracts
with outside contractors. In addition to his supervisory
responsibilities, Curtis developed and managed
a computerized preventive maintenance program
on mechanical equipment including heating, ventilating
and air conditioning, uninterrupted power source/emergency
generators, high voltage transformers and switch
gear. From April 1983 to October, 1984 Curtis
was employed by Jackson-Cross as a chief engineer.
Retired from the the Army National Guard, Curtis
is a helicopter instructor pilot.

Kathleen joined NAI Geis
Realty Group, Inc. in October of 1996, assuming
the position of Controller. She currently maintains
all aspects of accounting, providing detailed
Financial Statements and Management Reports for
each Corporate Center managed. Kathleen has both
Corporate and Public Accounting experience. She
was employed with SGM Armtek, Inc., a manufacturer
of magnetic materials, as Controller from 1991
until 1996; she was the Accounting Manager for
Transamerican Equipment Corporation from 1988
to 1991; and in Public Accounting with the firm
Cohen and Dzara, CPA from 1986 to 1988. Kathleen
is a Summa Cum Laude graduate from Gwynedd Mercy
College with a B.S. in Accounting.

Sherri A. Geis

Sherri holds a Bachelor
of Science degree in Finance from Drexel University
and is a licensed Pennsylvania real estate salesperson.
She joined NAI Geis Realty Group, Inc. in April,
2003 as an assistant to the Property Management
Team and Junior Accountant to the Controller.
Sherri is responsible for overseeing maintenance
issues for all buildings managed by NAI Geis Realty
Group, Inc. located in Limerick, Blue Bell, King
of Prussia, Norristown and Philadelphia, PA. She
also assists in payroll, account reconciliations,
updating excel schedules and imputing and tracking
of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Prior
to NAI Geis Realty Group, Inc., she was employed
by the Philadelphia Zoo in the Accounting Department.

Laura Garifo

Laura, a licensed Pennsylvania real estate agent, joined NAI Geis Realty Group, Inc. in September of 2006. Prior to joining Geis Realty Group, Laura worked as a freelance graphic artist for multiple advertising and design agencies in the Philadelphia city and suburban areas. She was also employed as a receptionist/legal assistant for a law office in Norristown. She was commissioned by the state of Pennsylvania in 2005 and now holds a notary designation. With a diverse level of experience, Laura has the ability to create advertising materials and web pages, manage database information, and assist sales associates with client presentations and correspondence.
