EXTON, PA - NAI Geis Realty Group, Inc. has represented Groundwater & Environmental Services, Inc. in the long-term lease of 28,566 s/f at the Oaklands Corporate Center.

GES specializes in soil and groundwater assessment and remediation and employs some 600 professionals in 35 offices througthout the United States. GES is relocating from Eagleview Corporate Center, and has expanded its space by 5,000 s/f. GES anticipates occupancy by August of 2006.
