ATA, OIC Spell Growth on Vine
Street
Companies Lease 19,400 SF
In separate transactions, Assessment and
Treatment Alternatives (ATA) and Opportunities
Industrialization Center (OIC) signed long-term
leases with Vine Office Commons LLP for
a combined total of 19,400 square feet at
1225 Vine St.
In the first transaction, ATA agreed to
lease 9,400 square feet of medical and dental
office space. ATA provides clinical and
forensic services and plans to move its
headquarters from 511 N. Broad St. to the
third and sixth floors of the six-story
facility.
Arthur Weisman of NAI Geis Realty Group Inc represented
ATA. Maurice Perez represented the landlord.
OIC agreed to lease 10,000 square feet.
Founded by Reverend Dr. Leon Howard Sullivan,
in1964, OIC provides training and retraining
for those lacking the necessary skills to
enter the work force. Today, OIC has grown
to 46 active centers in 17 countries around
the world.
1225 Vine was built in 1971. The modern
glass and granite building totals 41,592
square feet of space and is on the north
side of Vine Street between 12th and 13th
streets.
Maurice Perez of M.S. Fox Realty Group
was the sole broker and is now marketing
the building for sale.
