Geneva Expands to 16,103 SF

Global Roots in Wayne

Remaining faithful to its Wayne, PA roots, Geneva Global Inc. will relocate its headquarters from 5 Radnor Corporate Center and take 16,103 square feet at the Chesterbrook Corporate Center.

The agreement to sublease the space at the 231,620-square-foot Class A office building will afford growth opportunities for the independent company, which provides business-grade research of Third World projects for private donors.

The Chesterbrook Corporate Center completed in March 2003 is at 1550 Liberty Ridge Drive.

Dave Morris and Adam Shute of NAI Geis Realty Group represented the tenant. Scott Miller of CB Richard Ellis represented the sublandlord. The landlord, Liberty Property Trust was represented in house.
