Jackson Cross Partners inks 11,500 SF Lease

Boothwyn, PA _ Envelope America LLC signed an 11,500 s/f lease at 12 Creek Parkway. The building is owned by Windsor at Naamans Creek, a partnership of General Investment Development.

Eric Gorman and Harry McKenna of Jackson Cross Partners represented the building owner in the transaction. Dave McFadden and Stephen Robbins of NAI Geis represented Envelope America.
