West Chester sale
Two historic buildings converted into offices
at the Village at Franklin Corners in West
Chester sold for a total of $2.38 million.
Tom Deignan is the developer of the four-building
complex.
Pinnacle Reach bought the Mill building,
a 9,855-square-foot structure at 301 Lacy
St., for $1.7 million. BYL Inc., a financial
services firm, will occupy the space, moving
from Airport Road. Fox Commercial Real Estate
represented the buyer.
Hidden Farm Associates bought the 3,500-square-foot
Executive building at 237 Lacy St. for $680,000.
Brandon Associates, a sales engineering
and marketing company, will occupy space
in it. NAI Geis Realty Group represented
the seller in each transaction, as well
as the buyer for the Executive building.
