Main Line buy

An affiliate of WP Realty of Bryn Mawr bought the Paoli West Professional Park, a two building complex totaling 20,000 square feet at 15-17 Industrial Blvd. for $3.22 million. The buildings are connected to Paoli Hospital and used primarily as medical offices. They are nearly 100 percent occupied.

NAI Geis Realty represented the seller, a private partnership going under the name, Greystone Paoli. Prime Realty represented WP in the transaction.
