Food Processing leases space at industrial park

Food Processing International leased 75,000 square feet of a 475,000-square-foot warehouse and distribution building at the Eddystone (Pa.) Industrial Center. Value of the rental exceeds $3 million.

FPI will occupy the building this summer. It plans to use the space for the storage and processing of cocoa beans into finished chocolate for the food and candy industries.

CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, while NAI Geis Realty represented the tenant in the transaction.
