Food processor leases space in Eddystone

Food Processing International, Gladwyne, has leased 75,000 square feet in the Eddystone Industrial Center, in Eddystone, Delaware County, for storage and processing of cocoa beans into chocolate. The site is served by rail and is a half mile from where oceangoing ships dock, said Steve Italiano, a senior vice president in the Wayne office of the CB Richard Ellis Inc. real estate firm. He represented the landlord in negotiating the 10-year deal with a total lease value of $3 million. NAI Geis Realty Group Inc., Wayne, represented FPI.- Henry J. Holcomb.
