New lease
Pennsylvania's Attorney General's Office signed a 10.5-year lease on 32,933 square feet at 1000 Madison Ave., Lower Providence. NAI Geis Realty's Paul Wolfson and Adam Shute arranged the lease. Mack-Cali Realty is the landlord. It had been just down the road in 20,000 square feet at 2490 Boulevard of the Generals.
