AlliedBarton Security, Philadelphia Trust
Co., and Philadelphia Private Capital Deals
Boost Occupancy to 87%
The 123,359-square-foot office building
at 1760 Market St. proves that an ideal
location boosts business. The property is
now home to three new tenants bringing the
occupancy rate to 87%.
AlliedBarton Security Services leased 9,152
square feet, the entire 14th floor. The
deal is beneficial to all sides including
other tenants within this location because
AlliedBarton is the security company for
the property. The property at 1760 Market
St. is the perfect setting for the Philadelphia
office due to its prime location in Center
City. Peter Soens of Seligsohn Soens Hess
represented the landlord. J. Anthony Hayden
and Jim DiBianca of Beacon Commercial Real
Estate represented the tenant.
Philadelphia Trust Co. leased 8,834 square
feet, the entire second floor. The allowance
to lease a full floor was very attractive
for Philadelphia Trust due to the nature
of the company: providing financial management

Philadelphia Private Capital Corp. signed
a lease for space on the ninth floor measuring
