AMC Delancey Group Sells 60,000-Square-Foot Office Building for $9.45 Million

King of Prussia, Pa.

Philadelphia-based AMC Delancey Group recently sold its Cedar Run Corporate Center office building in King of Prussia for approximately $9.45 million. The 60,000-square-foot asset, which comprises one two-and-a-half story building, was acquired by Cherry Hill, N.J.-based SJS Realty Management. The building, which recently underwent a renovation in 2002, is 100 percent leased. NAI Geis Realty's Paul Wolfson and Arthur Weisman brokered the transaction.
