State Farm Sells Newtown Square Property for $2.6M - Investor Acquires Office Site at 8 Campus

State Farm Insurance sold 8 Campus Blvd. to Tracey Mechanical Inc. for $2.6 million, or approximately $147.50 per square foot.

The company will occupy the entire 17,604-square-foot office building located in Newtown Square. The property was constructed in 1992 and is on 5.28 acres.

John Perkins of Grubb & Ellis represented the seller. Dean Geis and David Morris of NAI Geis Realty Group Inc. represented the buyer.
