Barr Research Inc., a pharmaceutical company, leased nearly 40,000 square feet at One Belmont Ave. in Bala Cynwyd. The company had been in 15,000 square feet at One Bala Plaza. NAI Geis and Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant while CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord.
