NAI Geis Realty negotiated disposition
of the Railroad Building
West Chester, PA
David McFadden and Adam Shute of NAI Geis Realty Group
have represented Franklin Corners Associates
in the sale of the Railroad Building, a
12,000-square-foot facility located at 515
S. Franklin St. within The Village at Franklin
Corners development in West Chester. A private
investor affiliated with the Pennsy Corp.
purchased the property for $1.4 million.
Pennsy plans to utilize 3,000 square feet
to relocate its headquarters, and the remaining
9,000 square feet is reserved for expansion.
Glenn Perry of Glenn Associates represented
the buyer in the transaction.
