Jackson Cross Partners Brokers Sale of 147,235-Square-Foot Facility

Valley Forge, Pa.

American Real Estate Group has acquired a 147,235-square-foot building, which is located within Valley Forge Corporate Center at 950 Rittenhouse Rd. in Valley Forge. 950 Rittenhouse Associates, a Conshohocken, Pa.-based Preferred Unlimited Inc. partnership, sold the property for an undisclosed price. The owners plan to redevelop the 14-acre site. Eric Gorman and John Morrissey of Jackson Cross Partners represented the seller; Adam Shute of NAI Geis represented the buyer in the transaction.
