Stevens & Lee Buys Office in Lancaster Law Firm Pays $2.5 Million to High Properties for 32,900-SF Property
High Properties has sold the office building at 49-51 S. Duke St. in Lancaster, PA, to Stevens & Lee, a law and professional services firm with 13 offices in the Mid-Atlantic region. The property sold for $2.47 million, or approximately $75 per square foot.
The four-story, 32,873-square-foot building was constructed in 1987 as a multi-tenant facility and features a brick exterior with nine to 10-foot ceiling heights.
Stevens & Lee plans to fully occupy the property.
