NAI GEIS REALTY GROUP, INC. REPORTS RECENT SALE OF 3 SUBURBAN PROPERTIES

King of Prussia, PA – The owners of Blue Angel Technologies, Grandmaster Properties, LP, recently purchased a single story office building at 1000 W. 9th Avenue in King of Prussia for $1.375 Million. The 10,000 SF building in the Continental Business Center will not only house 5,000 SF of Blue Angel’s relocated headquarters, which were formerly in Phoenixville, but will also retain two previous architectural tenants. David Morris and Adam Shute of NAI Geis Realty Group, Inc.’s Wayne office represented the buyer. GVA Smith Mack represented the seller, Washita III Associates.

LaFayette Hill, PA – The Training Center, owned by Robert Waks and Robert Sinton, purchased a two-story building at 466 Germantown Pike for $1.2 Million. The 11,268 SF building will more than double their previous space of 5,000 SF in Conshohocken’s Plymouth Corporate Center. The Training Center, a specialty sales training firm, will take occupancy in September 2004. Dave McFadden and David Morris of NAI Geis Realty Group, Inc.’s Wayne office represented the buyer. CB Commercial’s Mike Colgan represented the sellers.

Norristown, PA – Rosedon Holding Company, LP recently purchased MCI Worldcom’s former data center at 930 Jefferson Avenue in Norristown for $970,000. Rosedon is currently reconfiguring the 20,000 SF single story building in the Valley Forge Corporate Center for single or multi-tenant use.
