The 16,900 SF space has enabled Fineman Krekstein & Harris to centralize their former offices in Center City and Conshohocken in order to streamline interaction with their clients. Mr. Dean Geis, Mr. Tom Bond and Mr. Tom Hummel of NAI Geis Realty Group, Inc.'s Philadelphia office represented PricewaterhouseCoopers, the sublandlord in this transaction.
