Dean formed NAI Geis Realty Group, Inc. in August 1992, specializing in the acquisition, leasing and management of commercial office buildings. Dean supervises property management, brokerage, accounting and construction management services. Since founding NAI Geis Realty Group, Inc., Dean has been responsible for developing or redeveloping in excess of one million square feet of Class “A” office space.

Prior to NAI Geis Realty Group, Inc. Dean spent nine years with The Fox Companies, receiving several promotions culminating in his appointment as President of Fox Realty, the brokerage affiliate of The Fox Companies. As president, Dean was responsible for managing, leasing and providing administrative services for all of the groups comprising The Fox Companies. The Fox Companies’ projects totaled in excess of 2 million square feet. Dean personally negotiated all lease transactions including large build-to-suit contracts and was accountable for the economic terms established for the projects, including Glenhardie Corporate Center. From August of 1977 to August 1979, Dean worked for Price Waterhouse & Company as a staff accountant and also served in the United States Army.

Dean’s industry knowledge and successful track record has attracted Philadelphia’s top brokers to NAI Geis Realty Group, Inc. Since its inception, the company has grown to a staff of 31, and includes successful brokers, expert legal council, property managers, construction managers, and marketing and advertising professionals.
