and sale of office and industrial properties
throughout the Greater Philadelphia Area.
In addition, Jim has represented many of
his clients in transactions throughout the
United States and Europe.
In the last 18 years, Jim has leased
or sold over $750 million of commercial
property. His success is attributed to the
focus on client service and relationship
building, which has resulted in multiple
