In 2008 Michael Maloney joined NAI Geis Realty Group, Inc. as an Associate. Mike is a licensed Real Estate salesperson in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maryland. He specializes in the sales and leasing of office, industrial, and investment properties in the Philadelphia suburban marketplace.

Prior to joining NAI Geis Realty Group, Inc., Mike spent three years as a broker for NAI Michael, a major commercial real estate brokerage firm in the Metropolitan Washington D.C. market. As a broker for NAI Michael, Mike worked on a team that was responsible for the sales and leasing of over 500,000 SF of office space. In addition to NAI Michael, Mike also worked with NAI Mertz, specializing in office leasing in the Southern New Jersey market.

As an associate, Mike actively promotes his clients' interests by providing focused market knowledge, skillfull negotiating, and hard work. His efforts are supported by one of the largest commercial real estate services providers worldwide.
