David Morris, a licensed Pennsylvania Real Estate salesperson, has thirty years of office leasing and sales experience focusing on the Philadelphia regional market.
Early career highlights include the sale of the 160,000 square-foot Abbott Lab facility in King of Prussia and leasing the 200,000 square-foot King of Prussia Business Center in a record 14 months. Later in his career, David opened a new Philadelphia office for Helmsley Greenfield Company with responsibility for 12 brokers. During the mid 1990's, David had oversight for the entire 1,000,000 square-foot PECO Energy portfolio within the tri-state area.
Over the past 12 months, David's production has included the sale of 13 office properties totaling over 100,000 square feet. Leasing production exceeded 60,000 square feet. |
