Terry joined NAI Geis Realty
Group, Inc. in
March 2005 as a retail specialist focused
on tenant
and landlord representation as well as retail
sales
and investments.
Prior to joining NAI Geis Realty Group,
Inc., Terry began her real estate career
with Legend Properties, Inc. in 2003 focusing
on retail sales and leasing. In less than
two years’ time, she completed sales
transactions in excess of $6 million and
lease transaction in excess
of $4 million.
Terry was a senior associate with Exelon
Capital Partners, a $300 million venture
capital fund that invested in energy technology,
telecommunications
and enterprise solutions companies. Additionally,
she held management positions in new product
development, competitive analysis and finance
at Exelon Corporation.

is the lease of 14,000 square feet
at the Shops of Villanova to Maya Restaurant
