Arthur
Weisman entered the commercial/industrial
real estate field in the mid 1960's. With
over four decades of professional service
dedicated to buyers, sellers, and tenancy
of commercial-industrial real estate, Arthur
is a proven leader in the field throughout
the Delaware Valley. His brokerage sales and
leasing totals well over 27,255,000 square
feet.
In 1992, Arthur
founded and was president of Keystone Real
Estate until 2000. During his tenure at
Keystone, he was responsible for 11 brokers
specializing in sales, leasing and management
and was personally involved with the purchase,
rehabilitation, leasing management and daily
operations of 12 buildings totaling over
800,000 square feet.
Since 2000 at NAI Geis Realty Group, Inc.,
Arthur has transacted several significant
sale and lease transactions, including industrial
sales and leases, office leases and large
investment sales. |
