Geis Realty Group has a full time construction
manager who specializes in tenant improvement
pricing and construction. This ability to
provide these services in-house facilitates
the leasing proposal process and minimizes
the final cost through knowledge of the
building, the development standards, and
the prompt completion of projects.
We work with our clients to maximize tenant
construction dollars. We establish systems
for cost control and for timely communication
between the client, space planner and landlord.
Detailed drawings of tenant improvements
including mechanical, electrical and plumbing
requirements will be prepared by a designated
architect and coordinated by the project
director. The construction manager assists
in qualifying the contractors and in implementing
the competitive bid process. We control
the bidding process, bringing market competition
into play for our client's benefit.
