The sealed bid program is designed to maximize sales price, reduce marketing time, limit or remove contingencies and increase the likelihood of closing by creating competition among buyers. Allowing all interested buyers access to complete property information/due diligence packages during an intensive, but short marketing period, creates an equal playing field.
